    That explains it, I did a double-take when I saw it, especially two of them in a row. I can't decide if I like this one better, it's kind of jarring for some reason.

    I actually like the older one better. I brought it back with me from Belgium in 08 and its still my favorites glass. But then again I'm a westvleteren homer

    Yeah, I think I agree, but the new one does have some kind of boldness that I like. Hopefully I can find one next time I'm over there.

    Just did some cleaning of glasses, so there was time for a family shot. Not really a collection, but just what has accumulated over the course of time. Some of my former favorites (a big Pokal by Schneider Weisse) are not with me anymore...
    The big mug in the background is my favorite. I rarely use it, but I inherited that from my grandparents' house.
    Looking at the picture now, I realize there are two ordinary pint glasses missing.

    Saved searches are nice but they don't notify you the same minute an item is listed. An item could go up and sell within in a hour and you would never know. I learned that the hard way!

    Showed up today in a dented box with a "tink tink tink" noise... thought for sure the glass was broken. Turns out it was just the free keychain banging against the extra pint glass they sent me. Close call.

    Bought it at least a few years back at the brewpub. Not sure the back story on it or how long it was sold for. It's one of my favorites.
