    IMO hands down the best "shelf turd" non ba impy stout around, especially with some age. I drank a year old bottle a few months ago, blew my damn mind.

    Late reviews today, I rode 26 miles of trails earlier. Feeling amazing.

    Very nice Barleywine with good balance of fruity and malt flavors with moderate bitterness and spicy alcohol. Extremely smooth sipping for a 17% beer. I'll be aging my other bottle for a couple more years to see how it changes.

    Great BA Baltic Porter! Nice milk chocolate, toffee, caramel, toast flavors with moderate vanilla, oak, clove and bourbon presence. Extremely smooth drinking stuff.

    Citra and Simcoe = magical all the time. How could I possibly hate this? AMAZING

    One of these days I will get a hold of that yeast and wash it/keep it for many generations. I have never reused yeast before, but this would be the exception. But, eventually I will probably keep a few strains around when I get more space than an apartment haha

    Only reason I have it is because my homebrew club started a yeast bank...we also have pacman, which I think I prefer. I will definitely keep this one going though :slight_smile:
