    No particular order, of course.

    Dogfish Head
    Lagunitas
    Stone
    Southern Tier
    Goose Island
    The North Brewery
    Great Divide
    Victory
    Troegs
    Great Lakes

Pretty standard fare, plus a great local place. I'm not lucky enough to live in an area where I can easily find (or find at all) the super-hyped brands, but I think I could live just fine with my list.

If I were forced to limit at 10 - I'd quit drinking all but my own beer in time. I'd pick 10, get sick of nothing changing over time, and just brew stuff that I've never tried before.

I don't know if I already posted on this thread and I don't feel like checking so I'm just gonna go for it:

    Cigar City
    Firestone Walker
    Three Floyds
    Funky Buddha
    Green Flash
    The Bruery
    Allagash
    Brasserie Dupont
    Stone
    Russian River

Almost made the cut: Bell's, Saint Somewhere, Maine Beer Co.

    Allagash
    Avery
    Bell
    Dark Horse
    Founders
    Lost Abbey
    New Belgium
    Ommegang
    Victory
    Weyerbacher

In case it's not obvious, the list is alphabetical and if you can figure out the trend, it would change if I were to make the list global. I actually had a hard time filling out the last 4, with New Belgium and Dark Horse being the last two off the bubble. Jack's Abby was probably the last castoff--might have been The Alchemist, but I just can't justify a one-horse town inclusion, even if it's some horse.

    In no particular order:

    Lagunitas
    Bear Republic
    Russian River
    Sierra Nevada
    Bells
    Cigar City
    Deschutes
    Southern Tier
    Stone
    Great Divide
    Southern Star (local favorite)
    Lone Pint (another local favorite)

OK, that's 12...so sue me. It's hard to limit it to just 10.

These are just breweries who's products I've tasted. If I'd had the opportunity to try beers from Three Floyds, Founders, Surly, Firestone Walker, New Glarus or Hill Farmstead, to name a few, I'm sure the list would look quite different.

3 tiers, but I love 'em all.

    Upright (dark sours, saisons, stouts)
Tired Hands (IPAs, saisons, dark sours)
    Cantillon (fruit sours)
    3F (geuze)
    Victory (pilsners, Helios saison)
    Jolly Pumpkin (sours)
    Alesmith (stouts and IPAs)

everything else has something that can easily replace it even Russian River and Hill Farmstead. Tired Hands can make their saisons and IPAs plus better dark sours. For Russian River, Upright and Tired Hands make better dark sours and for the RR IPAs I'd be happy to replace those with Tired Hands and Alesmith.
