    He is and I saw him speak a few yrs ago at Memphis in May, right before he got real famous. He was talking about his methods and he smokes at a higher temp than most. Around 275-325 for pork and quicker too, around 8 hrs. So while he is a legend, no question, I tend to still go low and slow. Around 225-250 for 10-12 hrs.

    Low and slow for me too, brother. Hard to argue w/ Myron tho. Hell, he's one of the Kings. I still prefer slow cookin my pork and chicken. Plus, you get to drink beer longer! PS I like 225-275 max 8 to 12 hrs

    Been watching original series Star Trek episodes on Netflix.

    I want to say that I heard it's going to be continual...I certainly hope so! I effin love this brew! I'd say drink it bro, mellowed a bit since it was released last...

    Torpedo is probably my favorite SN beer. Followed closely by Pale Ale, Hoptimum, Summerfest and Bigfoot. You can get 'em most anywhere and they are reasonably priced. Great beer from a great brewery.
