No one wants to see a sweaty raver holding up signs Vanna White style.

I thought everything was great. They could have got through all the numbers a lot quicker if they had maybe three or four stations checking people out, instead of two. But it still wasn't all that bad. If you had number 180 or something like that, and you saw that they were only on 35, you could just leave and go drink a beer and check back in a while and see where they had gotten too.

It was also nice the way they handed out the numbers all throughout the day as people trickled in. That kept anybody from having to stand out in the rain and wait.

I hope they can pull it off as smoothly next year. The only problem might be, after everybody hears about it this year, a lot of people will plan for it next year, and it could grow exponentially. If they wanted to they could really embrace that. Maybe bring in a few food trucks, maybe a stage with some music, more beer stations outside, etc. Make a full day event out of it (and a shit load of money selling pints)

    Great day yesterday, thanks Westbrook.

I mentioned a megaphone to Morgan and she got real excited but edward didn't go for it. You can't trust a bunch of guys with megaphone in a brewery.

That is awesome. Again, great job delegating and adjusting bottle limits to the number of people that showed up.

Of course not but if she let me play with it I'd put up with it.

We used cash, figuring we'd get through faster, but I guess it didn't really matter.

All I know is its a "cab". Anything more specific you would have to ask Edward

Good question. Not that I know enough about wine for it to make a difference. "Cab" is pretty much the answer I was looking for haha

So far just the cab and apple brandy, but we'll open the bourbon later tonight. The apple brandy was so, so good. I don't want to be "that guy" but I'm not kidding when I say it's the best beer I've ever had.

Silly question, and one that may have already been asked, but are all of the bottles now gone? For those of us who actually work and couldn't make it, I'd love to get a couple (without having to wax Raver's surfboard every morning (not a euphemism) or wear an ncsu shirt while driving Zehner around).
