A friend of mine stopped by the tasting room and asked for any sort of details on the party. As they are always pretty fun.

They gave him a Flat out answer of we dont know yet.

If you just ask some random person at the brewery that has nothing to do with planning the anniversary party then they're likely to respond with the answer they gave him.

I am guessing it will run like every other anny party, and we already know the date, so the only thing really left is when tickets are available.

    -2 sessions
    -tickets will be sold online
    -about $20-30
    -includes food
    -includes taster glass
    -includes about 8 tasters
-beers are typically 1 ticket (2 for red poppy, FdA, etc)
-you can buy more tasters, food, and full pours
    -awesome time
-nothing supper surprising on tap (no Cable Car, Veritas, Track series, etc)

*Note* I may be a little fuzzy on some of the details, I was unable to go last year, so it has been 2 years since I went

downside: I will out of town and cannot attend
upside: I will be in MI drinking some great beer with my brother

Bootleggers waited until 2-3 weeks out to give out any info - never did roll the line-up in advance. The Bruery had their anniversary in May last year. That's next month and no word on that one either.

Let's just leave it at most breweries are in the beer business, not event planning.

Here's a link to their web page detailing LAST year's extravaganza:

I went to the one last year, it was decent. Nothing crazy on tap except that weird milky looking purple sour. (which I hear they're bottling as a Track release)

It's almost word for word cut and pasted from the 5th anniversary release copy, except for the fine details.

exactly, which was essentially the same for the 4th anniversary. Which was my point. People were starting to panic about the details, when honestly the information is already fairly well known from previous years (true if you have never gone you wouldn't know this, but it seemed some vets were concerned).

$20 for a fest/party is becoming a rare thing. Worth the money if you're local that's for sure.

to be honest i was kind of hoping it would stay under the radar, so while people complained about " last minute planning " and whatnot, the rest of us could buy tickets and enjoy.
