NBO: I want you so hard BIF

Ok, here is the idea which as you will see isn't original but I think is a first. You'll see what I'm talking about.

The idea isn't much different from such BIFs as the Math BIF or unwanted whale BIFs that have been put on before but in this case everybody is in.

The idea is that we have people sign up with all their info. Then once I get the list of people, probably capped at 20 I share the list with all the participants. BA name and Location only. The idea is to let everyone know who is in and where they are from.

Then everyone will send me back their rankings of who they want to have send to them. I will then apply my formula to the list to match as many people to their highest choice. or closest to their highest choice. This way you kind of have a say over who sends to you but not really, and it will still be a surprise.

*****Disclosure, everyone will get a target and it may not be super high on your list. Not everyone will get the guy from VT who has unlimited access to Heady and Hill Farmstead*****

I will do my best to get everybody the highest i can. In some cases preference will be given to the person who's overall total score is the best.

I will then send out targets and it will go on like a normal shotgun style BIF. The rules will be at least 150oz of beer and one swag. The shipping window should be something like the second to third week of August depending on when targets go out and whatnot.

I will limit this to non-boobs who have solid trading/BIF records.

I am not going to do a requirement per se, but the spirit of the BIF is that the sender should know that they were "picked" by their target so everyone should try their best to hit wants or the best of what you have access to.

I always hope people go big or go home.

 

PS, I was just reading my post and I pup non-boobs That was supposed to say non-noobs. That being said, ladies or boobs in general are more than welcome in this BIF!!!

 

I would say it is a bit like that yes. The idea isn't as much that you chose your send as you rank your sender. That way you won't know who you are recieving from so it will still be a surprise. You might get your first choice, or you might not. Hopefully that will keep the surprise alive while we do the H&H thread.

 

Yep sounds like a similar concept in reverse. This time it's not about making someone your bitch but hoping you are made someone's bitch. Like a greedier version I guess? Hopefully the ranking will semi let people chose where they will be getting from while still keeping both sender and beers secret.
