Costa Rica Craft Brewing Co.'s Segua Red Ale when my bro went to Costa Rica. About 8 months old. Pretty decent. Not bad.

Yeah they are a good size but the favor is out of the world. Hatch puts out some of the best chilies in the world. Alot of restaurants all over the states order from them. NM biggest export.

This is the one I'm drinking. Thanks to Etan for posting the pic. Imagine same bottle next to a wine goblet.

What's up, brohammers? Had a can of Anderson Valley Hop Ottin' earlier, which was tasty, along with a slice of Atlantic Beach Pie that I made recently (check it out—it is delicioso: http://www.npr.org/2013/04/11/176279512/a-north-carolina-pie-that-elicits-an-oh-my-god-response) and now I'm going to drive out a lake near here to go watch the Perseid Meteor Shower for a while. This time every year, I get excited about the Perseids and this year it's supposed to be the best meteor shower for a couple of years.

That being the case, I am very excited to grab a sixer of something and go enjoy the shower with a couple of my friends tonight :-) Cheers and saude, (LN)BA(4E)!

Trying this for the first time (bottled 2013). It tastes like burned toast and leaves an aftertaste of dirty ashtray. Not for me. Next...

Great Beer day today. Went to a new bottle shop that does tastings of the 8 beers they have on tap and sell in growlers. Tried these, all were fantastic; Red Hook Game Changer, Wild Wolf Strawberry Schwartzcake (holy cow, unexpectedly amazing), Devils Backbone Kash's Kavern, Devils Backbones new Alt, Parkway Get Bent Mountain IPA, 3 Brothers Imperial IPA (wow) and finally Apocolypse Ale Werks Hoppocolypse Imperial Red Ale (very wow).

So I picked up a six pack of 3 Brothers Hoptimization IPA, this store claimed it was the breweries first ever public release for retail consumption (aka first time bottles were available for sale). And it is damn good

Tropical goodness from Colorado. Truth be told, one of the tastiest beers I ever drank was a Myrcenary that I sat on for six months and holy shit was it delicious. Cheers![IMG]
