missed sarcasm, bad jokes, & a strange original post aside...NG is absolutely killing it. Obviously the berliner & wild sour thumbprints are incredible, plus the new fruit 750s and then this r&d release. And always at a crazy low price point when compared to other top breweries. Very excited for the fruit cave expansion & coolship brewing.

    Hi Fellow Beer Geeks,
We designed our brewery to make Weiss Bier – decoction mashing, open fermentation and bottle conditioning so we will keep making this style. In general, Weiss Biers are served with high carbonation (i.e. 3.6 volumes) or they don't taste right. Most US tavern draft systems our designed to pour beers with moderate carbonation (i.e. 2.2 - 2.4 volumes). This is way to flat for a proper Weiss! It was just to disappointing for me to give my all to make the best Weiss I can then find flat draft Weiss in the market. Until that changes, I asked my salespeople to stop pushing draft Weiss.
    Sincerely,
    Daniel Carey

Sounds right. Always seems like I have to run wheat beer at a higher pressure in the bar to get it looking and in some cases tasting right. Independent gas regulators on each line are nice! Thanks for taking the time Dan!
