Sticking with Heady Topper again tonight. Got to drink that four pack while it's fresh. Not a bad way to relax after a very long day studying.

I think this beer is super underrated. I really really really like it.

Started off with a RumSpringa, then had a Nugget Nectar. Finishing off with a Wake n' Bake, ironic?

Weyerbacher Insanity to start the night. While it certainly doesn't suck, it didn't blow my socks off like Heresy did last week. It's my first English Barleywine, should I assume I just don't like them or should I try to snag a MoAS before making that kind of blanket judgment call?

My first SN Torpedo may be on deck depending on how hard the Insanity hits.

Edit: Spoke too soon; Insanity is growing on me. It's getting sorta Quad-ish as it warms.

Spicier than the Colette I had the other night but I like them both…paired with some Korn. Cheers ~

Interesting evening. I've gotten into sours in the last year, but just had one of those remember before you had sours moments. Drinking a batch 1 2011 Boulevard Chocolate Ale (the refund kind) and instead of chocolate and other goodness it is sour lemon, apples and cherries. I'm squinting and my wife asked why I'm not pouring it out. The answer... it's a good sour. Two years ago, if you handed me a beer that the brewery said was messed up and it smelled or tasted like this I would spill it out and call the poison control center. Now, I wish I had another 750ml. Cheers

Truely the last beer of my 20's and possibly the first beer being sipped into my 30's. I can't even guess how man thousands of beers I've had since I was 20 but its been a hell of a ride so far!

Drinking on the cheap tonight (and will be continuing to do so for awhile, as my wife and I save money for our baby's birth and our new house). Picked a Genesee Heritage mixed 12-pack tonight for $8.89, and have enjoyed a 12 Horse Ale and a Summer Brew thus far. Not bad (especially for the 80-degree weather we've been having); simple, drinkable brews, and a great value to boot!

I had one from the same batch (before I knew there were some bad batches) and drank the whole thing wondering where in the hell is the chocolate, thought maybe it was all in the bottom! Cheers to you ~

Now THAT would be an appropriate beer for the law school exams for which I am cramming!
