I hope its more than 2. To make the drive worthwhile. 4 or more would be perfect.

Think the bottles will last through the evening? Not sure I'll be able to ditch work, but I'm thinking of maybe driving up for dinner.

If I remember correctly bottles were released every day of the month last year. They had a set allotment per day, or was that a different release?

I called today and spoke to someone working the Bar and they mention 6-12 but he's not for sure.

i don't think it lasted more than a week last year. the limit went from 12 to 6 to i think 3 and i think they ran out in about 5 days.

Is it just me or are RR being dicks over this?
A lot of people will be traveling a hell of a long way to try and get a taste/buy bottles of FFaC. Surely, the least they could do would be to issue some basic info on the release- bottle limits, daily limits, price point etc. it's nothing but common curtesy to their many fans/customers.
I have no idea whether to make the 90 minute drive up on Friday, which is the first day I could feasibly make it. Will there be any left by then?

Natalie's 'blog' post was next to useless- it's released on October 1st, wow, thanks a bunch!

Seeing as today is tuesday it looks like you have nothing to worry about because people will learn the details today and report back well before friday.

Fair enough, but should I have to rely on word of mouth to find details?
I was up there two weeks ago and nobody seemed to know anything- are they just so disorganized they don't know themselves what's going to happen or are they deliberately keeping info scarce for some reason?

From talking to staff about other releases it seems they typically don't not know themselves, and are told when the final decision has been made, which is often pretty close to the time of events. I'm guessing they just want to keep options open incase something happens or changes. Look what happened when they announced hopfather was coming soon then the fermentation stalled and it was dumped. Massive disappointment.
