I think mosaic got delayed by the shutdown because it didn't have TTB approval yet. Not sure if that means they would go through TABC and be able to sell in Texas though.

 

I am a Houston BA who is in Lewisville for the week....Any of you guys know places relatively close where I should look for Pumpkinator tomorrow/this week? I would rather not drive into Dallas for the hunt....Thanks!

 

In Lewisville go to Lone Star Beverages. It's not in Lewisville but it's damn close.

 

I thought it got label approval about two weeks ago. Could be wrong.

 

Not sure, but I think is delayed per DMN article "Kevin Carr, founder of Community Beer Co. in the Design District, said he’s also had issues accessing files for beers the TTB already approved. Since the TTB website isn’t being updated during the shutdown, Carr said, he couldn’t see files on his Community Witbier, Community Pale Ale, Vienna Lager and Mosaic IPA, which he plans to release as six-packs this month."

 

I did see World of Beers in Arlington is tapping a keg of the Sit Down soon.

 

Also if you're looking for somewhere to grab a beer, you may as well go on up to Denton and hit Oak Street Drafthouse.
