    Rio Grande Plaza was the "hotel" I was put up in while I was there... I grew up in a "hood" and I've worked in plenty of "barrios"... but that area, that area, I was happy to be alive when I left.

    Wow would have nver thought that. being a big college town thought it was all pbr and natty light
    Used to work at the country club up there and thats pretty much all they sold as well

    I've been eyeballing their FB page for awhile now. Native East Texan curiosity, I guess. My parents were telling me another brewery in the area was getting up and going as well, but I forget the name.

    Lufkin?! Haha holy shit I lived there for a few years, and it's the last place in East Texas I would have thought to see a brewery open up at. It was a dry county just a few years ago... I don't think there's any liquor stores within Angelina county either.
