    No love for Tripel Karmeliet yet? Well I'll go ahead and say that IMO, that's the best Tripel out there.

    I don't care how authentic it is or isn't - it's just plain delicious. To me it tastes like pineapple upside-down cake in a glass.

    I have a true dislike towards Maredsous 10. Really really hate it.

    Yep, just very hard to get in Texas. Think it only came in the variety packs really. More sediment than the St. Bernardus for whatever reason.

    I feel Chimay is the standard. My favorite is Tripel Karmeliet. Allagash Curieux for non-Belgian. La Fin du Monde is legit, too.

    Westmalle is my favorite. I had one this summer that had been aged a tad over two years and it was incredible (notes of honey and pear).
