Correction: I saw it just today at Marcy Beverage for $22.99, that I can say with confidence.
I know what you mean, $20 is a mental price barrier for me when it comes to 12-packs. It's irrational, I know, but I can't help it. I hate the idea of spending more than that on 12 bottles of beer (and for godssakes before someone tries to teach me 4th grade math, I know it's irrational—I'm not an idiot, just an idiot).

Got a 12 coming my way from a buddy in upstate NY, need to put 12 beers in a box and ship them up, thinking a big bad baptist, some hop drop and roll, and a few others...

I threw up the BOX on the counter and it rang in at $27 w/ tax. I was like, what? :grimacing: Kind of forgot they were mostly all high ABV beers. Moving on.

The Creeker is what I'm taking away from this experiment. Very solid. The Double Red Godzilla whatever was interesting...just a bomb all around...hops, malt, booze. Like a messy Barleywine. Wasn't bad, just weird to me which is cool. Wouldn't go out of my way to try it again though. Didn't really care for the black IPA but it was Ok.

Columbus, OH Andersons. They had a mega shipment in case your wondering or snooping around Dublin.

I thought the whole box of beers was pretty solid. The price tag was fair as well to me at roughly 2 bucks a bottle or 4 bucks a bomber. Not sure why people are freaking out about the price seeing they are all big beers with loads of hops.

The Creeker is a world class DIPA in my opinion. So juicy and fruity and very drinkable and balanced for a 9% beer. To me it was almost like a cross between Heady Topper and Lagunitas Sucks.

I emailed Ithaca about this landing in CT and was told "Unfortunately because of the tax laws in CT, this year for the initial launch, it wasn’t cost effective to send the product into CT this year. Luckily it is in NYC, and MA, as well as PA and NJ. Good luck searching! It will be worth it" Its a shame but I wasn't too surprised.

Ah, that's a drag. By the time I next venture out of CT they'll either all be gone or not worth buying anymore.

Don't know if I missed someone stating... but the box I bought only had the creeker, double zillla, and dark vine. No Flower Power, which made me happy. So 4 bottles each of the special beers.

I agree with previous posters - Creek is awesome DIPA! I didn't mind the other two. 4.0 ratings. for $2 a bottle I'm not complaining about this purchase. $23.99 for the 12 pack plus tax in Hudson Valley, NY.

Drinking this now. I'm very happy and seeing doubles. 3 of each including the flower power.

Picked up the box in Ritchie & Page territory yesterday at Mercer County's new [and not up to normal JC selection] Joe Canal's in Hightstown on Rt. 33 [Mercer St.] for $19.99. (Confirmed by retailer it was R&P).

They had quite a few of them - at least 6 cases worth on the floor and in the cooler, so it appears to be available in Central Jersey in R&P's counties -Mercer, Monmouth, Ocean, Burlington & part of Hunterdon.

Hmm. $26+ is a lot for a 12er. Will have to see if it's even in my area (stocked up hugely about a month ago, haven't visited a beer store since), and hopefully it's on the cheaper side.

Picked up a case of this today and there was not a single black IPA in it. I was initially disappointed until I realized there was double the amount of the creeker. Thank you whoever screwed this up because the creeker is amazing.

You are the second person to say that there was a quality issue with the box of hops. The other person said they did not have any flower power in theirs. This is not a good thing and you should contact Ithaca at least to let them know. You purchased the "Box of Hops" and it should have 4 beers in it.

I wasn't going to say anything but now that I know I am not alone in this error I will send them an email. Thanks.
