    So my goal when I picked up my Montage Variety Pack was to drink the 90 Schillings first and then move on to the rest. This way, they wouldn't just end up sitting in my fridge (its a good beer, but other than at Rockies games, not one I generally reach for). Point of the story, with the IPA just staring at me in my fridge I caved.

    Listening to some Nirvana.

    The sweetness of the Tripel comes in behind the tartness from the flavor of the Chardonnay barrels. Really great beer.
