So wait. I think there's more than just 4 of us that homebrew. Is that what you were referring to @zekeman17 ? And I hope @Whiskeydeez is sending a homebrew in for the bottle share!

 

I homebrew...just haven't done it in awhile(condo living). I put an offer in on a house yesterday that I'm waiting to hear back from....if I get good news I'll be brewing again soon!

 

Any maple left? When I opened mine last year, it was about a year old and the maple was pretty much all gone. And I kept mine in the cold fridge, didn't "cellar" it!

 

I hear ya. I've got space concerns myself living in a townhouse. One of the main reasons I went with a Braumeister. Expensive but damn does it make a good beer.

 

This was my last night. My brain feels stupid, I'm never drinking again or until tomorrow.

Someone should open a 2013 at the tasting so we can do it side by side with the 2009 I'm bringing. Not as drastic of a difference as 2005 and 2013 I'm sure, but it would definitely still be noticeable.

Had my birthday party at a bottle shop here last night, and we did a blind cheap beer tasting. The results were pretty hilarious, the non-craft guys killed it, and the craft guys did not do very well. I however guessed all 5 correctly.

 

any of you guys have or know anyone that has jack daniels mexican cake? a buddy of mine is looking for it.
