I like how touchy people get on this site. Like what you like, you don't have to categorize yourself as a

    STOUT PERSON

    or

    IPA PERSON

but you can still enjoy them because they please you.

Quit eating bags of funyuns with french onion soup chasers before drinking your enjoy by next time. Problem solved.

It's certainly not a contest, but I did a little comparison anyway. And before I do this, I agree with you completely that I have no complaints about the distribution near me. These lists are not exhaustive, but they reflect my own personal opinions on the key breweries.

Beer I can't get that you can:
    Almanac
    Alpine
    Big Sky
    Boulevard
    Deschutes
    FiftyFifty
Jester King (y'all can get that over there?)
    Kern River
    Logsdon
    New Belgium
Port/Lost Abbey (can get in Jersey, but it's a trip)
    Russian River
    Upright

Beer you can't get but I can:
    Brooklyn
    Captain Lawrence
Cigar City (we get Jai Alai and not much else)
    Dark Horse
Founders (yeah, that really sucks for you guys)
    Great Lakes
Hoppin' Frog (love me some BORIS)
    Ithaca
Kuhnhenn (very occasionally on tap in the city)
    Maine
    Nebraska
    Perennial
    Sixpoint
    Smuttynose
    Southern Tier
    Troegs
    Weyerbacher

In other words; I hear your point. If you want to set up some trades for Founders et al, I would be more than glad to oblige. Just had KBS for the first time 2 weeks ago, and it was magical.

Just a minor point: I'm guessing you used SeekaBrew to compile your list, but most of us in CA can't get Alpine or Kern either, unless we make a HF-type daylong drive to the brewery. Also, RR is harder to get than you might think, unless you're in SF/North Bay Area (somewhat easier on tap).

I was afraid that was the case, but I elected to not qualify my list. As I mentioned, it's not like I'm swimming in Dark Horse and Kuhnhenn. Furthermore, I happen live about 20-25 minutes away from Captain Lawrence, but I've never seen Cuvee de Castleton there or anywhere.

Hey, if you drive to northern Cali and get some of that good stuff, I'll drive to Vermont and we can trade.

Enjoy By's have been very hard to find for me in Maryland. Local bottle shop told me they got a few in over the summer, but I never saw them anywhere. In VA Beach a few weeks back and asked staff at Total Wine/Beer and they said they rarely get any either. I would guess if my area of MD does actually get some distributed, it will be hardly any and not show up until early February. Most Stone beers on shelves are rarely fresh where I live.

I live in Frederick County, but if you come here you probably won't find any Enjoy By's. I have never seen any.

Don't see Ohio on their site. 27 states if I counted correctly but no Ohio.

As much as I do "enjoy" this stuff (see what I did there?), it's not that elusive for us in NJ. I call the distributor to find out when they are delivering it to my local places and know before they do sometimes. This goes for ALL the stuff that may be limited or so popular, it flies off the shelves too fast.

So 27 states are getting it instead of the originally announced 8? That's more like it, especially since New England is getting cut in on this one http://www.stonebrewing.com/enjoyby/

I'm among the incredulous that anyone who likes DIPAs would not love this brew. I had two bottles each of 9/13/13 and 11/12/13 and they were both among only a few of the dozens of beers I have had in bombers that I would gladly shell out $10 for.

I'll be taking a trip up to the Pasadena location to grab a bottle. Not complaining, of course... definitely get how lucky SoCal is with most other Stone releases.

Came out yesterday, happened to hit my local store so I picked two up. Had one last night. It was bottled 1/9/14. So everyone keep an eye out should be everywhere soon.
