    Very nice. A little less carbonated, a little more complex and blended. Will have to wait for 2014 for the 3 year mini….

    Just got back to socal from the holidays in Pennsylvania last night. Work doesn't start till monday! I figured I'd try Ballast Point's Piper Down Scottish Ale. Scottish ale style is definitely one of my least explored because I find myself never really craving them. Today however, something darker, less hoppy, not an abv bomb and a touch sweet fit the bill.

    A Lambic with peaches added?? Can't be!
    More like sugar coated peaches with a few drops of Lambic added!
