Where will this be? There is now a few: Barrel Harbor, Booze Brothers, you could also walk from there to Indian Joes and Aztec, maybe even Lattitude 33 and Belching Beaver as well.

I didn't realize the others were so close to Bottle Logic but I will be checking them all out when they open.

 

That 91/57 area is a hot bed for OC Breweries ... Unless I'm missing something, I'm counting TEN breweries with about an 8ish miles radius:

Hmmmm ... maybe 11 if you count JT Schmidts? Is there a BJs or Oggios in the area?

 

BJ is on the same street as Taps. Oggi''s Orange is 4-5 miles east of 91/57 interchange.

 

Ok cool ... So I'm counting 13 ... damn impressive!

 

Bottle Logic and Hopparazzi each had 2 beers pouring at Out of the Park Pizza on Saturday night. Bottle Logic brought a Saison and a Milk Stout, both were quite good. Hopparazzi brought a couple of fantastic sours, but it sounds like the cat's out of the bag on what they can brew. 2 beers is a small sample size of course, but I was impressed nonetheless. Only time will tell...

 

A new Oggi's is opening up on right off the 57 and Chapman. Ground level of the new student housing building.

 

Someone should start a party bus business, brewery hopping up/down the 57 (verging east into 91 each way).

 

I remember NobleAle was once like OOB.

 

C'mon... if they brew and sell beer, then they're a brewery. I believe you're referring to "liked/disliked" breweries.

Is Bottle Logic open yet? Soft opening? Any news?

 

They mentioned the opening to occur in January (from Instagram), but no date announced yet, at least from what I know.

 

Bottle Logic is not opening until Feb. 16th
