    Another thought (pure selfishness based on my history with these things), how about a box going to the first person completely eliminated?
    With 16 people breakdown could be 11 people shipping, 5 boxes to winner, 3 to loser, 1 each to other 2 final 4s and 1 to first eliminated. If there ends up being 32 players, double it.

    Or any of a number of variations.
