My vote is Cherry Rye based on my ratings.

I haven't tried Proprietor's but hopefully someday I can taste some.

Does anyone here agree that the BCBS Barleywine was terrible?

I was able to recently sample backyard, bramble, and prop side by side and have precious recollection of cherry. I would prefer the bramble, cherry, prop, backyard.

Really though. It's all about the coffee for me. Was so excited to get my hands on a '10 coffee which we compared to a '12. The 10 had just as much coffee as I remembered and the age made me quite excited to see how my bottles of '13 will do.

I wouldn't say terrible, but I was very unimpressed. I found it sickly sweet. I'm hoping that settles out over time in the 3 bottles I have left.

I haven't had it, but one of my coworkers also thought the Barleywine was terrible, along with Backyard. He loved the coffee and regular BCBS, though.

Tasted it blind against 2013 Sucaba, BCBBW was an easy winner. Got to try Proprietors today, that was delicious. Still waiting to try Backyard and the others.
