Was coming to say this exact beer. Dragon's Milk is fantastic and easily the best year-round BA brew you can find in KY.

Clown Shoes' barrel aged beers are always readily available and mostly awesome. I can't argue with Black Xantus either.

Boulevard does three BA beers in their limited release Smokestack Series that, whe not available year-round, are reasonably easy to acquire if you make a point to stop by any store that carries a moderate amount of craft beer within a week or two of release.

Imperial Stout and Rye-On-Rye were already mentioned by @brewduder, but allow me to add Bourbon Barrel Quad (BBQ) to the list as well.

    Oaked Arrogant Bastard.

Not barrel aged, but has a better oak flavor than many BA beers and readily available for ~$12/4pk

All mentioned, but Backwoods Bastard is my personal fave for not-so-hard-to-get BA beers...ages excellently also for quite some time... easier-to-get Rodenbach GC and DFH Palo Santo are nice also, and I love the Cuvee Freddy mention- great Oud Bruin.

Came here to see if this would be mentioned. I've never had it before, but I've been sitting on a bottle for a couple of months now waiting for the perfect time to crack it. It's snowing here in Asheville and they closed my work for the day...bingo  Will report back to this thread with confirmation of deliciousness.

If we're talking liquor barrels it's tough to beat Dragon's Milk...assuming you're in their distribution area. Uinta's Cockeyed Cooper is another one.

For normal wood, I love Palo Santo and Rumble when it's in season.

    These are great beers.

I would throw a Curmudgeon mention out there. I've seen it sit on shelves for a little while through summer. Now that we are seeing Shelton Bros again here in MO, I will second the Jolly Pumpkin nod and also mention Anchorage because the only beers I've seen from them are all BA

I really enjoy the ale, have only had it on tap. The stout is a balance mess - too much bitterness, would be good if the coffee was stronger, and not enough bourbon or vanilla sweetness. Wouldn't have guessed it was BBA if it didn't say so on the side of the bottle...
