Just to warn you, shipping is about $15/bottle to ship into the U.S.A. I personally know a number of California's that this makes very sad, otherwise I'd be shipping it over by the case-load to them.

Well then, I see extra luggage on your future flights! :stuck_out_tongue:

PS: A 12x750ml styroshipper from Uhual.com can be checked and counts as a single bag. Just sayin'.

PPS: If nobody else steps up and you have trouble finding someone to send you Cantillon, drop me a BM in the future- I may be able work out some sort of trade via a friend in Calgary.

I'm all set - but appreciate the offer. I actually drive from Chicago to Toronto, as it's way too expensive for myself, the wife, and the cat to fly regularly. The added perk is being able to stop at all the awesome Michigan breweries on the way!

It's the regulatory system created by the Alberta government that allows for that to happen. Do you think there is any country in the industrialized world that doesn't regulate the sale and consumption of booze?

Just to confirm. I checked it out today. Lou Pepe Kriek from 2007 is $30~ for a 750 ml bottle at Beer Bistro. It was awesome! Worth the trouble considering I hadn't really heard about their amazing-ness before this thread! So good!

Yeah, all the Cantillon pretty much ranges from the low $30s to mid $40s I think...

Willow Park had a sale 2 months ago. Cantillon Iris and another type. it was something stupid, like $18/bottle. maybe less.
I had my sister go and buy me 6-8 bottles. she's in calgary, i'm in toronto.

I still have no idea how i'm going to get those bottles. she never has room in her suitcase to bring any. damn.

It was $11.99 a bottle for Gueuze and Iris for a three day sale they were also blowing Struise products Pannepot, Pannepot Reserva and Black Albert. I purchased three cases of Cantillon that still remain unopened. As to your sister just have here mail them to you. Canada Post as I am sure you know works awesome for mailing beer within Canada.
