That looks amazing (especially the food), but your post is incomplete without letting us know which beers stood up the best against the rest.

That's like asking someone what their favorite (insert style of beer here) is..! The only new ones to me tonight were Pliney and Armageddon, I will say that Armageddon was the only drain pour, and I only finished it because I hate to waste beer  I recently had ZD on draft (and had it once before last June), and was not really seeing what all the hype was about, it's completely different (and better) from the bottle... that and it was 11 days old

Ha, yeah, it's an impossible question, especially with so many beers. Interesting that Armageddon was poor, though! Hopefully Pliny lived up to your expectations.

Our son was accepted at UVM, so we spent a couple days in Burlington. I finally got to try some Heady Topper.

Well worth the hype. Drank a lot of Hill Farmstead and ate a lot of good food. Here's hoping the boy goes to UVM, there's many more things I want to do.
Today back in Maine, but keeping the Vermont beer scene going.
    Cheers!

Drank this stuff on tap at the gravity bar in Dublin. Much better bottled, IMHO, although my son consumedm mass quantities in Ireland.

Wait, was I supposed to pour this into a glass or drink from the can!? Regardless, this is a fantastic IPA! Definitely different from Heady, but still has the Alchemist taste, really digging this one.
