how much is enough sugar to sour a beer?

    I brewed an all brett pale that doesn't taste all that great to me. It finished at 1.01, if I rack it to a secondary add some oak chips and pitch some ECY bug country on top of it will the bugs have enough sugar to make the beer interesting or am I wasting my time? Thank you in advance.

    Do the bugs have lacto in there?

    Chances are you should be okay to toss it in there and give it a shot. Would probably take a while.

    Ya they do, you think adding a half gallon of wort would help the cause?
