    I cheated on liquor with beer tonight. I promise I'll make up for it with a Hoptimum and Jai Alai tomorrow. :-)

    Edit: Apparently I'm dyslexic when I have rum. Beer will be tomorrow night.

    Grilled oysters are hands down my fav way of preparing these, but can't say this is something I find, request, or do myself on a regular basis. What variety you got?

    Onto a St-Ambroise Vintage Ale (old ale). Suuuuuch great stuff! Found a store with multiple cases today. Picked up 2 bottles, but definitely going to go back for more!

    Not sure what variety of oysters I have, I just go to the oyster farm and order a sack of mediums, always order mediums...grill them to perfection and some of my guests eat them with lemon juice and tobasco sauce...I on the other hand make a sauce with clarified butter, fresh garlic, lemon juice and tobasco sauce...If this sauce were a beer, it would have "Hype" written all over it...
