El Cajon Brewing Company, Chapter 11

I'm still so intrigued by this whole fiasco.

I find this tidbit from West Coaster SD rather amusing: "West Coaster predicts that El Cajon Brewing Company will transform downtown El Cajon, and we can’t wait."

Little did we all know it would spawn one of the greatest BA threads of all time.

I don't think Domino's has an IPA though.

 

I hope they changed the layout. It was really odd and always looked dead from the outside.

This made me laugh. Quite a bit.

El Segundo is in the South Bay region of LA. El Cajon is in the east county of San Diego. El Segundo Brewing is pretty good; El Cajon Brewing is defunct and apparently subpar.

 

I drove past this place today and took a look through the windows. I heard they were supposed to open in April, but I'm not sure it will be that soon. The removed all the flooring and the walls are bear, so they have some worked to do. I couldn't tell if they were changing the odd layout at all.

Phew! I just read the whole thread start to finish. Good stuff! I live out by Barrel Harbor, so I should probably check it out, but I have not heard good things and my expectations are low. We'll see this weekend. Cheers!

Ok, for those of you that are interested in whats happening......
As you all know the city of El Cajon struck a deal with douchebag (Steve) and his 25 year younger wife almost 1.5 years AFTER i walked out. AFTER he took over the shares. AFTER he committed sexual harrassment, AFTER he squatted in the building, Letting them walk away from the loans and everything, SCOTCH FREE.
Tomorrow I am due in court. The city is trying to sue me for breach of contract. 605,000 dollars.
In the "deal" they signed with douchebag they excluded me totally, which means douchbag gets away and the city comes after me for the personal garantee.
But yet, the city has claimed publically that the 605K is intact. They even lent more money to Urban Pizza!
200K as far as I know!!!!
Funny thing is, I WAS NEVER CONTACTED ABOUT THIS DEAL NOR TOLD TO BE PRESENT AT THE MEETING. They gave my consent without me even being there nor knowing about it!
The city has never even sent me any documentation giving me a chance to perform, I was only handed the lawsuit from a sheriff.......
This is outrageous.

Wow. That is actually really infuriating if all true. It's hard to believe all of that though, how can you be so completely innocent, yet you are the only one being targeted? Has your brother really orchestrated all of this? Sounds like you need a good attorney. Best of luck
