I like your style. I am also serious. I'll leave the bourbon vanilla stouts and double IPAs to the kids.

    1. Pilsner Urquell on cask from the source
    2. Augustiner Helles (and Edelstoff) from a wooden barrel
    3. Tetley's Mild on cask
    4. Timothy Landlord on cask
    5. Koelsch from a wooden barrel in Cologne
    6. Live Oak Hefeweizen

    8. Olde Mecklenburg's beers (any of them)
    9. Surly Bitter Brewer
    10. Yard's Brawler

I'm sure there's more, but those are off the top of my head for beers I'd love to try that suit my palate.

The top 10 on the top 250 list. Verbatim. I have had none of them. Or the next ten. Highest rated I have had was Hopslam, and I much rather see Jai Alai or White Rajah in that spot than Hopslam, both of which I feel are much better.

I like your style. I've been lucky enough to try a couple of things from Old Mechklenburg (their Czech Pils and their altbier) and they were excellent. I wish they distributed stuff, but with Jack's Abby stuff only a short drive into Mass. for me, I can't complain.

    Salute!

I want to try Toppling Goliath. Other than that, maybe something from Beachwood BBQ... they weren't brewing yet last time there. That is all For me.
