Not from this group, but this landed today. Surprise from a friend who moved away. He took a trip to Vermont and these found their way back to Florida.

Ya so I just did some research...BGE is going for bottles I'd have to trade several of my best stuff for...gonna be an amazing week of beer! Starting with a KBS tapping tomorrow!

Speaking of lost time, I finally got around to drinking a bottle (that I am 90% sure came from @bcm75 in the original BIF) tonight that should have been consumed, well... a long time ago.

Revolution - A Little Crazy (Belgian Pale Ale). So yeah, the bottle said Jul 17 on it, so I figured I just needed to crack it and get it over with, plus I've been impressed by everything I've had from Revolution so far (seriously, props to those guys).

If anyone else has had this beer and can comment, please let me know if my experience is representative... the reviews are inconclusive. It's got a huge citrusy nose of lemon, pineapple, and apricot with a slight hoppiness to it. The taste is mouth-puckering sour. It's pretty light bodied, quite drying, mildly astringent, and really acidic. The finish is a little bitter and has some wheaty malt character to it, but otherwise I'd think I was drinking a sour and not a pale ale.

Is this infected? Just old? As intended? I didn't know what I was getting into when I opened this one, and after my initial shock I've gotten down to enjoying it, but it's going to be pretty harsh to drink 22oz of this.

The Beer Koozies were primarily so that the snifter would be safe... Although the MGD was a personal choice. @RayOhioFelton you need to drink that fort point asap!! in my humble opinion, it's better than ZD.

@Dicers I'm not looking to trade any more of my BGE (only have 2 left) but I'd gladly crack one open with you if you want to grab a beer some time.

@Justinsosmart Ray never had any HF, I had to change that.
