    That is really the main determinant on where I rent a place, second is proximity to my job. Good thing they are only a mile apart.

    Got an awesome Jack's Abbey care package from @Dicers! FedEx guy decided to deliver it next door at what was not only the wrong address, but also a vacant house with a For Sale sign in the yard. Good job FedEx guy. And thanks Seth, this Ever Weisse is calling my name!

    Wow, my counter pressure filler actually works! Wasn't sure how it would hold up after a couple weeks. Glad you liked it. Only have about 1/3 a corny keg of it left. Gonna have to make more.
