    Kelso Industrial Pale Ale

    I am the killer of howlers, 'least when they're filled this this fantastic ale!

    Perhaps my palate memory fails here, but this reminded me of a denser, maltier version of Pliny the Elder - an ale I've only had a couple of times (literally, so forgive me if I'm off on this) - tropical pineapple sweetness up front, then slowly bittering and battering the palate - juicy and sweet - really great drinking for fans of the serious double IPA (like 11.5% abv?) - highly recommended.

    My first Stone Saison....seems very herbal, initial reaction is not really that pleasant. That said, the spice and hops seems to come in midstream to wash some of the herbs away which helps. Thinking I am glad I only bought a single.
