Saison-Brett and Love Child are excellent. I love Pentagram but it's too damn expensive to buy in bottles. Though not wild, I thought the Schell's North Star collection is superb, especially North Country Brunette. The GI sisters are also a great choice and Cisco is supposed to have some good ones.

I actually enjoyed SA Stony Brook Red for a cheaper wild.

@Jas45678 Have you heard of Arktos Meadery? Opening in GR soon. Hoping they are at least half as good as Schramms or Kuhnhenn. Bonus is GR will now have a Meadery.

I have not. Hopefully they do some interesting stuff, a lot of the other ones in MI have been a little disappointing. Maybe Founders will give them some second use KBS barrels to use, being so close.

 

That would be cool. Have you had the Blis Maple Syrup aged in KBS barrels? Made by local company. They also did Hotsauce in KBS barrels.

Haven't had either, but heard the Blis is really good. B. Nektar just did one in Dragons Milk barrels that's what made me think of it, and it was really good.

 

Batch on the Dogpatch Sour? It should say in little white lettering on the lower right of the printed label. I haven't had B2 yet, but B1 was killer. I've heard mixed things on B2, so I'm curious if anyone has tried it yet who has also had B1.

 

Haha yeah.... So about that... Completely forgot to include a letter until long after it was shipped. And FedEx had to go and actually screw it up in a good way and was a day early so I couldn't give my planned hints like "our resident analrapist might just blue himself...". But anyways wanted to send a congrats box for the new baby because I lucked into some pseudosue and you had previoualy said you wanted some And I'd hook you up at some point. So now was the time.

And yes the Berliner Weiss are last years and this years. Foil top is '13. Chevron label '14. And the FFF bottle is gumballhead. Apparently the tales of shitty label gluing by FFF holds true.

No clue where those wipes came from... I reused the shipper so I guess they were meant for me and I was the asshole who didn't keep his gift
