Just cracked open a growler of Smoky Mountain Brewery Chinook IPA:

This is what happens...

I melt some sharp and mild cheddar and mozzarella cheeses on some Tostitos in the mike.
I threw some red pepper flakes all over it, too, because I'm all outta hot sauce and I like the heat.

But I'm thinking, "Mexican pizza," in my head, so I toss some (Newman's medium, in this case) salsa on it and then sprinkle it with shredded parmesan cheese and dried parsley flakes.

Since I'm trying to spare my beer, I reach for the tequila...

I don't even get a full shot. Liquor don't last long 'round here. Beer neither, for that matter

So, accept my non-beer post, knowing that I am exerting great effort not to drink any of this...

...So that I may have it tomorrow...

Did heady and pseudo sue blind side by side and preferred pseudo sue.
Big over ripe melon and tropical fruit.
I'm even a huge heady fanboy.
Both beers are off the charts.

I would like to attend this... Heady is good but not worthy of my top 5 DIPAs.

 

Have fun man! I went last year and had a great time. Lots of awesome memories. Wanted to make it a yearly tradition with my buddies who still live up north, but it just didn't pan out this year. Drink a beer for me on the mountain!

10 Year old's Baseball Tournament back on tonight we played the #1 seed & all went well for 1 &2/3rds of an inning; then we just stunk it up to high heaven; lost by 10. Off to the losers bracket we go; I think mother nature may wash this thing out over the week end, but who knows?

On the positive side the wife is coming home tomorrow! Let's go Spurs! Up first White River Brewing Co's Buck Hollow Blonde Ale (Belgian Style) with a Southern Tier Compass PA on deck...

 

90 Minute with dinner, now have to make sure my Duvel glass is in working order for tomorrow...I think something is wrong with it, my beer went insane
