Same for Mocha Wednesday. Both are available for purchase, they just don't show up in the correct categories.

They're up now. Excited to get another MW as that is one of my favorite BT variants so far.

Just curious, how many MW's can hoarders hoard?

Also Wanderer shows 2/4 limits rather than 1/2... didn't try to buy more than 1 as an RS member though.

Truth. I was bit by a cat when I was 13. Two days later, my hand and arm looked like one long watermelon.

I was put on antibiotics and had surgery to get a culture to try to figure out how to attack the infection. I ended up getting osteomyelitis (a bone infection) and was in the hospital for about six weeks. Animal bites are no joke, even if there is no rabies concern.

Yeah, I was really concerned that he hit the bone like what happened to my Dad with his cat a couple of years ago. But it's all good now. I shared some Rue d'Floyd, SitR Kumquats, Beauregarde, Sans Pagaie, Soroboruo (gross) yesterday and a friend brought over some Somer Weisse, Lacto Guava Grove, and Gozu to celebrate my hand working again.

Makes me wonder if this cellar sale of 3 very desirable beers is being done to replace the "lost" revenue or appease the masses from having to halt sale/recall Couverteur. Strange that they send the Couverteur email on Friday and on Sunday send the Cellar sale email...

Has anybody else opened a bottle of SitR/K recently? I had one a couple of days ago and it had started getting a band-aid type flavor to it. I remember it being super citrusy and bright fresh with zero hints of any off flavor.

Is this just simply a beer that is/was better fresh?

Is MW only available for HS?

Might just be your bottle. I opened one a couple weeks ago - it was great. Maybe some modest falling off of the fruit, but it was definitely still prominent.

This is entirely possible. I was pretty surprised it tasted that way. The first bottle of Filmishmish I had tasted similarly. I was initially disappointed but the second bottle I opened with some friends was one of the best beers I'd had in a while.

It does seem like a curious coincidence, but then again I find it odd that they would replace a mega sweet Belgain dubbel with opportunities for 3 sours...

Ha, I was wondering if this was an appeasement move, too. To their credit, if that's the case, it works for me at least in the short term. SitR Kumquats is IMHO one of the Bruery's best releases, period.
