Thinking about doing a 12 hour layover in London...

    Hey guys, So I'm heading to Hong Kong in August and I was thinking about doing a 12H Stop in London.. What are the few Bars/Pubs I have to go to in that short window? Also, is there a decent store to go to as well? It doesn't look like Hong Kong as any Sour beer options.. so I was thinking about packing some for the trip.

    It's official, I'll be in London on Friday August 1st from 09:05 to 21:55 and August 9th from 05:35 to 19:25 Now lets see if I can not only pack some beers for maybe a trade... and get access to my checked bags so I can pull them out... this may be tricky

    Gods sake, just hit a few pubs and experience the beer as it's meant to be had. Stop trying to carry everything with you.

    Don't be Jealous buddy... What makes you think anything is going to stop me from enjoying the experience. Some of the guys across the pond are the ones asking me to bring them beer.

    Yeah, it's been a while for me too. I can't wait to try some of those Kernel beers! My wife isn't too happy because my flight is now 33 hours long from end to end.. But, at least she'll be in London with my on the way back.

    The Kernel isn't far from Heathrow. I flew into LHR July 12th and went straight from the airport to the brewery. It was an awesome place. Some great brews there!

    Thank you so much! I plan on going to the Kernel on my way back to Boston since it's only open on Saturdays.. I'm doing a B line to Craft beer Co Cerkenwell, BottleDog and Cask... Unfortunately I think That's all I'll have time for on my way to HK.
