Most of my all-time favorite beers are from Colorado...

    Great Divide:
    DPA
    Yeti
    Titan
    Old Ruffian

    Oskar Blues:
    Dale's Pale Ale
    Deviant Dale's

Also, just tried Avery's Twenty-one on tap a couple of days ago...definitely a unique and tasty brew that I hope they start bottling. If you can make it, try to get to Great Divide's taproom/brewery; great vibe & great brews.

La Cumbre Brewing Co. is not in CO as of yet.

Dry Dock DIPA is pretty damn good. Got it at a liquor store in Grand Junction, CO on a cross-country trek.

It's been bottled, been on shelves for a few months around here. Very tasty brew.

Alright man...hit up Supermarket Liquor on Mulberry in Fort Collins...best lq in the state. They have all of the Odell's, Crooked Stave, Trinity, Dry Dock, Great Divivde, Funkwerks, and Avery stuff, well besides the limited release stuff. Go on the classic brewery tour of Fort Collins (New Belgium, Odell, Funkwerks, Equinox (Make sure to get some Space Ghost!!), and hit up Choice City. It's usually got a great taplist, and you can have a good steak while you're there. Choice City will also have quite a few rare Colorado bottles there. You will most likely be able to try stuff like Avery's Rumpkin, Uncle Jacob's (Try and get 2012), Mephistopholes, and some Crooked Stave stuff. 5763 Arapahoe in Boulder is where Avery is located. They always have some cool stuff on tap, but most likely will not have any Tweak for a good while. Down the road from Avery is Backcountry Pizza...the pizza is great, and so is the bottle list. I was there a few weeks ago and had an Abraxas with my pie. They had a bunch of amazing stuff to choose from! Hope that this helps!
    Cheers,

Lol completely random... unless you meant New Belgium, in which case La Folie > all.

Pretty much everything from Dry Dock is awesome IMO; their Vanilla Porter is among the best out there.

I heard rumors they were going to barrel age it, and finally bottle it.

Dry Dock, as far as an amazing neighborhood brewery is concerned, is probably the best. They have new awesome stuff on tap every week.

My new favorite breweries are Trve, Black Sky, Coda, and River North. River North puts out amazing shit after only two years and their Oud Bruin is up there with the best.

Avery or oskar blues. Both great, but I have a special affinity for Avery's Maharaja.

On a side note, New Belgium is very overrated.

You could also check out Colorado Plus Brew Pub in Wheat Ridge. They brew there own beers and also have a bunch of other taps that are only from Colorado Breweries.

Trinity is fantastic, and it is located very close to Garden of the Gods, which is a great place to spend a few hours. I would do the park before the beer. Not really accessible by mass transit or walking so you would need a designated driver (or a taxi I guess).

I actually quite enjoyed the beers at Wynkoop, but it is probably most notable for having been founded by the current governor of Colorado, John Hickenlooper.

Favorite DIPA this year is "7437" from Elevation Beer in Poncha Springs. Got it and huge selection of Colo beers at Grapevine Wine & Liquors - 900 S Monaco Pkwy, Denver

I've never seen La Cumbre in Colorado, where did you find it?

Wholeheartedly agree, EXCEPT skip Breckenridge. Mediocre beer and mediocre food. Way too far out of the way to even think about going for what it is. Maybe if you're in Breck already and can't find another option. It's also way too touristy for my liking (keeping in mind that I was a tourist, ).

We went to Odell, New Belgium, Great Divide, Equinox, Breckenridge and maybe one more I'm forgetting. Odell had the best lineup from top to bottom and it wasn't really close. NB had the best tour I've ever been on and lots of free samples. Cheap to drink there, too. GD was good but nothing special. Was actually surprised how small it is but definitely check it out if you're in Denver. Brought home a Hibernation Ale tacker and an Odell Colorado shirt. Great times.

Favorite beers were Odell Tree Shaker, NB La Folie and GD Espresso Yeti and Colette. Wish I could have hit up Oskar Blues and Avery. Just be careful; that lower O2 pressure will get ya drunk. Also try Beau Jo's Pizza and get a mountain pie.

Coors is the be all end all right? On more of serious note, I really like Oskar Blues and Avery and I'm sure there is a tirade of other breweries in CO that I haven't been able to sample because they don't distribute to my area. I will have to take matters into my own hands and visit the fine land.
