    At least you can get Weihenstephaner here in the states but the freshness thing is a different issue, unfortunately. (As you know better than all of us!!) Germany - definitely a beautiful country with great beer and people. In advance, "Welcome Home", Soldier! :slight_smile: (And thank you for serving our country!!)

    Difficult for me to say, I dont have a ton of experience aging Brett beers. But with the wild yeast and the high ABV, its certainly not going to go bad, and one would assume that the Brett components would become more prominent over time..
