Hill Farmstead, more than any other.

Three Floyds, Alpine, Kern River, Cantillon, Alchemist, Westvleteren, Cigar City, Funky Buddha, Odell, and Surly are all pretty elusive, but Hill Farmstead is impossible.

In my area, both Black Raven and Boneyard have eluded me so far. But that's mostly my own fault.

 

Peg's Cantina is on my list.

 

Funky Buddha. And Bullfrog. Also, not sure if this counts, but Huisstekerji h.ertie / Uli's(?) blends.
