Doh! See! They can't even spell the brewery's name correctly!!!

    :flushed:

Picked up a 2-pint Holsten stein from a charity shop yesterday - currently drinking a bomber of Punk out of it. It's amazing!

Though I may need to upgrade my coasters....

    Had to go through to Glasgow tonight to pick up my missus and her pal who had been to the Commonwealth Games. Decided to pick up a few beers in the many specialist shops in the West End. Have had;
Saison Dupont - decent enough, but a bit too bitter for me.
Andechs Doppelbock Dunkel - Hearty Dunkel, much more my style.
Sierra Nevada Kellerweisse - Not had nearly enough beers from this brewery...great.
Drygate Apple Ale - Fresh, crisp apple flavours from this beer, but nowhere near as sweet as cider.

Charity shops are great for glasses. I got an Ardbeg whisky tasting glass for 50p the other day! Not to mention an old (60s-ish maybe) Shepherd Neame framed poster.

Been drinking (among other things) in the south west. My favourite beers from this trip are Skinner's Betty Stoggs and Hall & Woodhouse Tanglefoot. Both hit the spot admirably.

Sharing @jazzyjeff13 's suffering by tasting a Cuvana

calling it a beer is false advertising

Cairngorm Black Gold, been sitting in the cellar since Sheffield BeerX, not been a fan of Cairngorm after sampling at least 4 different beers several years back which were all laden with diacetyl. But this I enjoyed.

If the beer was only half as good as the label
but there wasn't much going on inside that bottle

Picked up what will be my 899th beer whilst on way home from work for my 'weekend'
as my bust stop near B&M's so thought give Hop Bomb one last look
and it was in  some grabby grab grab
and will finish an unbearably hot day with lots of hops (beers)

It isn't terrible and two steps ahead of super market fodder
but not big craft game IMHO
worth trying though to compare notes
