Distribution in Louisiana

Founders ...like many breweries determine the amount of specialty beers each state gets based in how much if the flagships are sold. If you want to see more of the rare stuff you have to sell more of the mainline beers.
Devil dance arrived in kegs in plentiful amounts... I'm not sure about bottles though.

 

Just heard that Lagunitas will be coming to Louisiana in October. I will no longer be in the state, but this is great news for the beer scene in Louisiana!

That's a very good question. I would assume they will start in NO and BR and then spread out from there based on sales.

 

They will just join the list of great breweries who never make it to Shreveport. Terrapin, Sweetwater, Founders would all be nice additions to the local market and I have a feeling Lagunitas will be the same way.

 

Great news that this is finally becoming a reality. They put out a consistently fresh, hoppy product at a solid price point. Little Sumpin Sumpin is delicious, Hop Stoopid is a great DIPA for $5 a bomber, and Sucks is one of the best DIPAs on the market.

 

Yep... Makes me quiver with rage thinking about it. Oh and you forgot Stone.
