Going to nurse this delicious (4.4%) bitter for a while. I have a little bit of cleaning to do, but overall should be a nice lazy Sunday for me :grinning: Going to grill burgers and make some home fries for dinner. Cheers!

The kids just finished their first day of school. I just finished packing beer. Now drinking one of these in the air conditioning since summer waited till the end of August to show up here.

Down to 4 of my last 6 pack of the year. Time to dive into the fall lineup.

@twizzard will probably be rocking that pool tonight if it is this humid there. On a side note, nobody should be in school between Memorial Day and Labor Day. That stupid RAD gave me 80's music on the brain today.

    Not feeling too good
so trying a little holistic hop therapy
checking Pedigree New World is really that hoppy & drinkable
& first try of five points brewery

Yes the Pedigree New World has that tropical fruit taste and
is the best big Brit brewery bottle I've had in a while.

Started the day walking (more like waddling) off some beer calories at the beach and now headed to either Stone Liberty Station or to the noodle house for some more Pho.

Apparently you aren't supposed to swim in the surfer zone here in Cali...got an earful from a lifeguard for swimming with em. Fuggin dumb Cali rules, they could learn a thing or two from Hawaii laws.

Washing away the lifeguard bullshiet with a $4.99 bomber of Imperial Stout from Lagunitas. Loving everything about this beer, especially the price!

    ¡Salud!

Edit: Just saw TooGood post a Zeppelin song so gotta throw up a little California vibes from them. I really need to figure out how to link account names cause I see you guys doin it all the time...

If you're still undecided, and it has nothing to do with food :stuck_out_tongue:, but I really enjoyed my first Stone 18th Anniversary last night (glad I bought two!). Super juicy and easy-drinking with the sweet brown base, and very lemony and bright from the El Dorado. Cheers!

If you can imagine the amish that live in pennslyvania then you can get a sense of brewers like troegs, sly fox and like weyerbacher who plod like horses . . . strong, powerful and at a a pace that they themsleves can keep, and who make outstanding damn beer. ( I just had weyerbacher imperial pumpkin ale which is why I bring them up. )

Mad elf is good. It has honey in it and is truly captivating.

[IMG] Not as good as I was hoping it would be. I guess I've got a pretty high standard for BBA Stouts.

Dug this out of the "snow drift" in my beer fridge...has been maturing for about 10 months? I'm a fan of Leinenkugel Snowdrift Vanilla Porter...it was a nice change up from all my IPAs...warmer beers are on the horizon...cheers!
