Corona...somebody brought it to the beach (a hapless victim of marketing...corona must = beach...the commercials say so)...and this beer was way worse than I ever remember it being...

Joe, did you put a lime in the bottle?

No...but I usually never did in the long ago when I would drink it occasionally...and in regards to this last time the only thing that would have made it taste better would've been to pour it out and pour another beer into the bottle

I miss Blacktop as well - it went from a year round beer to not at all...holding out a little hope it will come back someday, but I've heard it's not in the immediate future plans...

I don't get why so many people dislike these. Granted, I've only had Crime, but the spicy pepper kick made it very interesting and left a little bit of burn on the end which mixed well with the malt.

I've seen the Voodoo Doughnut pop up several times, but the only one that was intolerable was the Maple Bacon version. The PB/Chocolate/Banana was interesting and the latest Raspberry/Pretzel version may not be so good if you have to drink the whole bottle, but splitting it with someone else was pretty decent.

I've had this beer several times and it's never tasted "fake" to me but I don't think it's a GREAT barrel aged beer either. I've had much better barrel aged beers but I do enjoy drinking KBBA.
