    Home grown tomatoes - there isn't much better! I look forward to them all year and have a damned fine crop this year. Making some salsa today and still plenty to eat fresh.

    And hey...whassup with that "panthera" reference for your cat? C'mon...that feline is panTera bad-ass all the way! That extra "h" musta just snuck into that there post!

    I may have a problem in my quest to try different beer. April 4 2014 was my first login into Untapped. 425 Unique check ins now. Mind you quite a few are tastings and flights. But then again quite a few are bombers and such. Oh yeah, weighed 185 and now 215. But oh the good beer I've tried along the way .

    I say go for it and do not be ashamed. I mean I tried over the year january 2013 - Jan 2014 to do 365 unique beers. I fell a little short but I did one new one each day. (almost) I became a bonafide ticker. I don't want to have the same beer twice. If you do two a day that's poohbah in no time! I'm gonna be a poobah :grinning: I actually started posting ratings about that time on another site in january of 2013 but I had been reviewing beer before that privately.

    Here's to the next new beer! :slight_smile:

    OK! We get to enjoy Heady Topper and Pliney the Elder these days but this is the way the original American IPA was brewed and it is wonderful. Don't laugh. It is Ballantine IPA.

    The hottest day of the year here in SE Missouri and I'm starting to crave fall...man I like this Pumpkin Smasher ale from Big Muddy Brewing!
