Maine Dinner was terrific, as was Hop Ju Ju enjoyed both enormously. There are some worthy competitors out there for HT.

I'd have to say that Kane's Sunday Brunch has to be a major contender for this!

Sucks to be me. I've had very few of the Top new beers so I'll have to also go with Scream.

Did Victory Hop Ranch come out in 2014? If so that gets my vote.

Dinner? Been a whale chaser for me, got 1 bottle shop in the area that carries about 6-7 Maine Pints always on the shelves, Lunch lasts about a week max a couple times a year, and never seen Dinner in the store yet. I ask the staff nearly every week "got Dinner in yet"? "No but we're supposed to be getting some in".

I've had a lot of great beers this year. I might have said Foley Brother Fair Maiden or Evil Twin Double Barrel Jesus, but I just cracked a Stone Xocoveza and I think this is the one.

I got to try Spencer Trappist, I know I am in the minority because it is so limited in distribution but that being said it is my favorite new beer.

For me, locally it is Other Half All Green Everything, or even Green Diamonds. Nationally Xocoveza is looking like a strong candidate.

Somehow I've not seen Dinner even though I've had every other MBC beer. Would love to try it. My have to wait until my yearly trip to Maine to get some.

This year (new to me anyway beer) was "Second Fiddle" from Fiddlehead Brewery in Shelburne VT. Most of my beer buddies here in northern New England and my Chicago Beer Snobs buddies would agree it was a totally awesome Double IPA.

MBC doesn't distro to MN. :slight_frown:

Maybe I can get to send me a couple, along with some Lunch. Not to mention Allagash White, Black, and anything else that doesn't get here to the upper midwest.
