The Vienna is very good! I was especially impressed by the Oktoberfest! And it's always great to see Tumbler

As a Sawx fan, you should have no problem getting a New England BA to send you that stuff.

One of my favorites this year was Double Latte - hoping Sierra and/or Ninkasi bring that one around again.

Cigar City Brewing Company Cookie Dough Brown Ale - growler fill Tuesday release. I've drank many great beers over lately, but not sure if they are 'new' beers.

Looks like the word "dad" got left out of my original post. Since he lives in Maine, it shouldn't be too much of a problem.

The early year release of JuJu (following 2013 GABF) was an awesome batch. The latest release (last two weeks 'round here) JuJu seemed just a little less so, but still great (think the former was more heavily hopped). Saint Archer Small Batch IPA and DIPA were personal surprises and I really dug them.

I tried Tank 7 for the first time last week and I have to agree. That thing blew me away. I wasn't expecting it to be that good.

I was less crazy about Ninkasi's offering. But Bell's Maillard's Odyssey certainly would make my short list as one of the best beers of 2014. I'd love to see that beer go into actual production.

    Others for me:

    Three Taverns Quasimodo
    Straight to Ale Illudium
And I'm sure there are others...
