    Hard to pick for Philly, I'll try to keep it VERY regional:
    Yards - Chocolate Love Stout
    Tired Hands - pretty much anything
    Victory - Dirt Wolf
    Iron Hill - Russian Imperial Stout
    Neshaminy Creek - Leon


    All within half an hour, forty five minute drive from my house, depending on traffic.
