12 Days of Xmas Hints and Haulz

Can't help that breweries keep releasing stuff I wanna send, and ive had like 4 or 5 trades fall into place allowing me to hit 2 or 3 more wants for my target unintentionally. Right now, the highest abv that is getting sent is 14.9%! And I am at something like 22 bottles.

 

so far I'm up to 230 ounces with three days still unaccounted for, but that does include Christmas Eve and one extra that has already been planned out.

 

So whats beers are everyone planning for the special days? (Christmas, New Years Eve & New Years Day). Going big or taking it easy? I like big!

 

Big and/or themed, definitely. Except New Year's Day, the theme that day is "nurse your hangover with something easy" (still is an out-of-distro, 93 rated, style-topping beer)

 

Just swung by the old Wisconsin and picked up a few beers for my target and a few beers for myself.

 

So pardon me if this has been asked/discussed/argued before, but is anyone else including treats in their box? Gonna be too early in the month to include homemade Xmas treats, but theres always room for Spicy Ketchup.

 

You are doing great! My shipment will go out with more than 300oz, fo' shizzle.

 

Hint #1 - Shipping East to a state that is smaller than mine.
Hint #2 - I haven't physically been to or shipped to my target's state.
Hint #3 - My target's taste in beer is much more experienced and sophisticated than mine.
Hint #4 - Stalking my target has been a labor of love. Cross-referencing BA hads + Untappd hads + BA wants + Xmas wish list is a huuuuge undertaking.

 

I should also state this up front: I will be including at least one beer that trades pretty high and is on a want list. I'm of the belief that once someone receives a beer it is theirs to do with as they see fit. I believe that I will be drinking each beer on their assigned date but I have zero problem if my target chooses not to and/or trades anything I send their way.

 

Pretty sure we are not untapped friends, so off the list you go.

 

You don't need to be friends to stalk someone. It is a lot harder though...

 

I think I have a good guess what this beer is.... not that you don't have a ton of high-trading beers in your possession, but I'm guessing it's a bit more local than most.

Which brewery is this??

 

I can vouch for this, I got both in the Halloween BIF from Bevo!

 

I am pretty sure, you might be one of the very few people in this bif that could get through each night of my box without throwing in the towel and giving up. I am not even sure it would be Safe for someone to drink all the beers for a few of my nights.

also, Untappd checkins aren't everything... @PA-Michigander is kind of a lightweight

 

First hint of November - my target's username has 2 different vowels in it...


Also, i'm a bit confused why a box has already been sent with no wrapped up beers in it. Was that just a completely separate box of extras?

You know I kind of havent decided. I have 3 spreadsheets going right now. 1 has confirmed beers on it, 1 has maybes, and the 3rd is my list of stuff im playing with and trying to decide on.
And if I do send a vert...which one I send is still up in the air, Have the giant abyss vert, which is going to have the 2014 bottle added to it within the next week. A 3 year bcbs vert, a 4 year bbomb vert, 3 year kbs vert, 4 year expedition vert, or a 3 years WnB vert...

I know for a fact no one is gonna be able to knock out a '07-'14 abyss vert in 1 go...

Which also leads me to the idea of including a horizontal, something like White chocolate moohoo, '13 moohoo, '14 moohoo, and moohoochiato, or belgian yeti, oatmeal yeti, espresso, and chocolate yeti. There are just to many options, and I am very in decisive.

Or maybe a Bourbon county brand horizontal with bcbs, bcbbw, bcbcs, vanilla, or even a Bomb horizontal with Pirate, Bomb!, and Christmas bomb if it comes out in time.
