Arizona- It's hard for me to limit this list to 5 beers. I'll just choose my favorite from my top 5 favorite breweries in the state (In no particular order.)

Arizona Wilderness- (Collaboration with Mikellar) Denmark in the Desert (Sour Peach Porter)- Had a barrel aged version as well but I preferred the original.

San Tan Brewing Company- Heavy D- Awesome Double IPA

Fate Brewing Company- Imperial Candy Bar Milk Stout (Close second is the Recently released Barrel Aged Sour)

Four Peaks Brewing- Sirius Black Imperial Stout (Hop Knot IPA close!)

Lumberyard Brewing Company- Knotty Pine Pale Ale (in cans, the perfect spring/summer camping beer)
