BCBS in Greater Rochester, NY Area?

What I've heard and seen from Wegmans this year was that they heard all stock in the back and you had to request it at the service desk. I was told this by a manager, who said there was one store that had one person buy all 8 cases off of the shelf which infuriated other customers. And also, because it was $25 a four pack they didn't want people switching it into a mix a six pack case. (Which is essentially stealing, but it happens all the time). Also, I heard some stores had limits on purchases and others didn't. Some stores got coffee, Barleywine and regular. While others only got regular. So it seemed like it was all over the map. They were all sold out at my local store. I even had the manager call two other stores for me and they were out as well.

Wegmans stores to my knowledge in the Rochester area have never received anything other than the regular stout. Almost all the Wegmans that got it sold out in a couple hours. At the Pittsford store, a guy came in at 7am and wanted to buy all 8 cases when they went on sale at 8am - fortunately, they did not let him do it. After letting one guy buy a case, they limited it to 1 4 pack a person.

 

Sounds about right, i went into a couple greece stores today asking around....after they checked a few stores it seemed like a consensus that everything was sold out..not saying thats an absolute for every store in rochester, but its gunna be hard to find.
